ABSTRACT
This study was to investigate the impact of stress on sleep quality and sleep disorders across different age groups among residents of Delhi-NCR. A stratified random sampling technique was used for the collection of data. The sample size was 278 respondents aged 18 to 59 who participated, providing data through self-reported surveys including the Sleep Quality Scale (SQS). Lifestyle factors such as exercise, diet, and daily routines were assessed to collect the information from the respondents. Data was analyzed by using MS Excel and SPSS employing t-tests and ANOVA to examine variations in sleep disorder prevalence by gender and age brackets. Correlation and regression analyses were employed to explore relationships between stress levels, sleep quality, and lifestyle variables. This investigation aims to provide insights into stress and sleep patterns across different age demographic variables of participants.
