ABSTRACT
Effective communication soft skills are essential for students to succeed academically, professionally, and socially. However, traditional education systems often lack structured methods for developing these skills. This paper explores the necessity of integrating a curriculum-based approach to communication soft skills development. It examines key components of communication skills, instructional strategies, assessment methods, and real-world applications. Case studies highlight successful implementations, and challenges in curriculum design are discussed. The study concludes with recommendations for enhancing soft skills training in educational institutions to ensure students are well-prepared for their future careers and interpersonal interactions.
